Donnelly Set For Wycombe Loan Move?

Sky Sports 'understands' that Scott Donnelly is set to join Wycombe Wanderers on loan.

The 23 year-old has yet to feature for the Swans in the League since Paulo Sousa signed him in the Summer, and he looks set to go out on loan for some much-needed first team football.

The young midfielder was a popular player during his 3-year spell at Aldershot, and I'm sure he'll do well in League 2 if he does join Wycombe. Sky Sports reports that the a loan move until the end of the season is expected to be confirmed shortly.

Swans boss Brendan Rodgers says players must depart before he can bring in new signings, as Jordi Lopez is also expected to move on in the New Year. Shefki Kuqi is also believed to have had talks with the manager regarding his future at the club.

He never had a chance with Rodgers, obviously because Sousa brought him here. How much is going on behind the scenes we don't know about.
