Orlandi: Taraabt Is QPR's Danger-Man

Andrea Orlandi says the Swans are up against the best player in the Championship on Boxing Day when we travel to League leaders QPR.

Brendan Rodgers' side could cup the gap to just a point from QPR if they manage to beat them on Sunday, but it's a tough ask as the Swans are currently struggling to perform.

Rangers have also experienced a dip in form recently, as they've lost their last 2 games which has seen their 19-game unbeaten start come to an end.

Swansea City will have to keep Adel Taraabt quiet, and Orlandi sees him as their biggest threat:

"When we played against QPR under Roberto, I remember he was making his debut and he really impressed me with his tricks,"

"He didn`t work much then, but when we played them this season I thought he was a lot stronger, more skilful.

"He has everything to get right to the top.

"Technically he is the best player in the league and he can probably go on to play wherever he wants.

"QPR are lucky to have Taarabt and the rest of the team is very strong also."

Orlandi also added that he wants to start scoring more goals. That's a concern in midfield at present that not enough midfielders are scoring or even creating enough goal opportunities.

"At the moment I see the goal and it looks very small, so maybe if I get one it will get bigger and bigger.

"I`m not scoring and that`s something I have to sort out.

"I`m not having many chances in games, I`m working very hard and sometimes I don`t have the energy to get into the box.

"It`s something I am always looking to improve and I felt under pressure to score since day one.

"Lately I`ve been feeling better, I`ve had a decent run of games, but I feel I can still play a lot better."

The sort of player we're crying out for, someone who can create something from nothing and score a goal completely by himself.
