Burley: I Have No Complaints Losing To Swansea
George Burley said his Crystal Palace side were second best and not strong enough after losing 3-0 to Swansea City yesterday afternoon.
The defeat puts them bottom of the Championship table, and Burley said he hasn't got any complaints after losing to the better team.
'We weren't strong enough to cope with them. Mentally it's a challenge for me, but I enjoy a challenge.
'It's a test of character and we've got to stick together. The fans are not happy when you're not winning games but I'll take that on the chin. I have to build a team.
'We were well beaten by a very good side, probably the best footballing side we've come up against this season.
'The opening goal was a shocker. We completely switched off. At times they ran us ragged in the first half but we had chances to get back into the game.
'There's no doubt we're lacking a few players and we were second best on the day. I have no complaints about losing today. We struggled to contain them in midfield.'
