60% Say Sell Pratley If Bid Is High Enough

In a recent site poll, 60% of fans have voted that we should sell Darren Pratley if the bid is high enough.

The midfielder's future at Swansea City is in doubt as he has rejected a new contract offer at the club, and has hinted that he is likely to look for a 'new challenge' when his contract expires in June 2011.

The former player has been linked with a move to Nottingham Forest throughout the Summer but Pratley looks set to play a final season at the Liberty Stadium before considering his future next Summer.

With the club likely to lose one of our best players next year for free, should the club cash in now, or should we benefit from his quality this season?

60% said we should sell if the bid is 'high enough', 27% voted 'Definitely not' - regardless of the offer, and the remaining 13% simply said Yes, as he'll leave for free next Summer.

You can discuss this topic further in the Message Forum here. What are your thoughts on Pratley and his decision to reject a new contract?

Our new poll asks if you think the Swans can bounce back from Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Norwich City, with a home win against Burnley. Predict next week's result against the Clarets in our new Poll - vote now on the right hand side.
