Sinclair Aims To Bring Flair & Goals To The Squad
Scott Sinclair says he's looking forward to 'trying to please the fans' at Swansea City following his £500,000 move from Chelsea.
The 21 year-old held an exclusive interview with Swans Player and he told them that he was looking for a permanent move to a club where he can see himself staying for a few years, rather going out on loan again and only spending 6 or so months at another club.
Despite showing plenty of promise and potential, the youngster was always going to find it difficult to get his chance at Stamford Park in a big competitive squad and he's now looking forward to settling down at his new club.
Sinclair also spent time on loan at Wigan Athletic last season, working with former manager Roberto Martinez and former players Jordi Gomez and Jason Scotland - who 'didn't have a bad word to say' about the Swans said Sinclair.
One thing the Swans are lacking at present is goals and our new signing says he aims to provide the squad with 'flair and some goals'. Manager Brendan Rodgers is looking for his side to score goals in various positions - rather than just our strikers, and Sinclair definitely has the ability to find the net.
Also a factor in Sinclair's decision to move, along with his former Chelsea colleague Brendan Rodgers, was the style of football that Swansea City play and he's 'excited and looking forward' to starting his career at the Liberty Stadium.
