Moutaouakil Joins Swansea City On Trial
Swansea City will look at another trialist this week as Frenchman Yassin Moutaouakil has arrived this week, and is expected to play in tonight's final pre-season friendly at Haverfordwest.
The 24 year-old right back joined the squad today after his contract ended at Charlton Athletic. He joined the Addicks in a £400,000 move from French Ligue 2 club Chateauroux in 2007 but he failed to settle at the Valley.
He joined Motherwell on loan last season but after returning to Charlton in January, his contract was terminated by mutual consent in June.
Swansea City look set to lose right back Angel Rangel as the Spaniard has expressed a strong desire to leave the club to join Premiership new-boys Blackpool and Rodgers has been quick to look for his replacement.
