Austin Signs New 1 Year Deal

Defender Kevin Austin has signed a new 1 year contract with Swansea City.

The 33 year-old had a clause in his contract meaning after so many appearances, he would automatically be offered a new contract.

He said:

'I'm happy at Swansea and I'd love to have another season here,''

'To say I've had two eventful seasons with the Swans would be an understatement. Hopefully it will be a third.''

im glad and everyfin tthat austin is still yuh but i cnt c y they kept him he had barley played this season...should b forbes signing a new 1 year deal

Obviously a very good clause he had then if he didn't play that many games last year. Most probably his last then.

glad that he has another year to prove how good he is as we have not seen much of him this season.. still think that forbes shound of had a new contract :( .... but glad for austin to :D ... c'mon cityy
