Swansea City Interested In Rochdale Defender?
Sky Sports are linking us with Rochdale defender Craig Dawson, who has handed in a transfer request.
The 20 year-old was named the League Two Player of the year last season and has attracted interest from a number of higher League clubs.
Middlesbrough have had a £400,000 bid rejected for Dawson and Sky Sports believe that Fulham and the Swans are also interested.
Dawson played a key role for Rochdale last season and made 40 League starts, scoring 9 goals.
Swansea City would certainly be up against stiff competition if they did pursue their interest in the young defender.
