Serran Signs New One Year Contract

Albert Serran has signed a new 1-year contract with Swansea City.

The Spaniard's current deal was due to expire this month but he will stay at the Liberty Stadium after putting pen to paper on a new 1-year contract, with the option of a further 12 months.

The 27 year-old has found it difficult to get a run in the team ever since Roberto Martinez signed him two years ago.

Injuries hindered his progress last season, and he's only started 13 League games in 2 years with the Swans.
