Dobbie Hoping Blackpool Reach Play-offs

Stephen Dobbie says he's hoping Blackpool beat Swansea City to reach the play-offs.

After a 2-0 loss at Sheffield United on Saturday, Blackpool have taken over 6th place from us and the Scottish striker who's on loan with the Seasiders is hoping they reach the play-offs instead of the Swans.

Many fans have criticised the club's decision to loan a striker out to our biggest play-off rivals as he has netted 4 goals in 6 starts for Holloway's side.

Dobbie said:

'Only one of us can get into the play-offs now and I hope it is Blackpool.

It is just one of those things. I could have been loaned out to a team in the relegation zone.

'Swansea are a fantastic side and I have some good friends there. But I'm just concentrating on doing my best for Blackpool. I'm on a journey and hopefully I'll get there.'

Dobbie's seemingly enjoyment at Blackpool certainly suggests that his future at Swansea City is in much doubt, but we'll have to see what happens at the end of the season.

Of course his future is in doubt with the Swans, he is a striker for God's sake---Sousa hates strikers.
