Serran Returns In Swansea City Reserves Win

Albert Serran made a return from injury today as he played the full 90 minutes as the Reserves side beat AFC Bournemotuh 4-0.

Matty Collins got two - both from the penalty and strikers Lee Trundle and Besian Idrizaj were also on target for Pascoe's side.

Serran hasn't featured for nearly 3 months after he picked up a hamstring injury but his return gives Sousa's extra defensive cover for the remaining few games of the season.

Serran told the Official Site:

'It was really good to get back and play again,'

'I'm happy to be back playing for Swansea City after picking up the injury at the start of the year.

'I now feel strong, confident and there was no problem with my fitness.'
