Sousa Looking Forward To The Last Push

Swansea City boss Paulo Sousa says he's looking forward to the 'last push' as his side face some tough final matches of the season as they look to consolidate their play-off place.

We've suffered a few set backs recently, injuries haven't helped us and we were beaten at home by West Bromwich Albion at home. Plus we've dropped some points lately by drawing games we should have won, but we're still looking strong to extend our season and experience the lottery of the play-offs.

Sousa told the Official Site that we should have achieved a higher league position by now but injuries haven't helped us.

'We could have had a better position in the table by now,'

'But you have to consider all the circumstances - we have a lot of injuries and this is a difficult month for everyone.

'When you look at everything, we are happy with the points we have and we're looking forward to the last push.'

'We deserve to be higher up the table than we actually are. If we slip away from what I believe we can achieve, I'll have a lot more work to do.'

keep a tight ship, let the back post be covered, let pratley get forward, cotterill deliver the balls, dyer do the running, swansea do the winning and we could be crying tears of joy in less than 3 months ;)

We all wish, but the inability to score won't help in the playoffs, that's if we even get there!!!
