'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Sousa: It Was Hard To Lift The Players

Paulo Sousa said it was difficult to lift the players after their disappointment on Tuesday - losing 2-0 at home to West Brom.

Swansea City looked liked heading for a deserved draw against the 2nd placed side but we conceded a soft penalty around 10 minutes from the end which denied us a valuable point.

Sousa told the Official Site:

'It was hard to lift the players mentally after the game,''

'They didn't take the result so well.

'They were frustrated and they were down even more than I expected.

'But I told them we can't afford to look back on all these decisions going against us and we need to be strong.

'Thankfully football always gives you the opportunity to move on quickly. Our opportunity will come at QPR on Saturday and I know the boys are raring to go again.''

it's not like we have to experience defeat that often though is it? Get over it and concentrate on winning the next game FFS
