Swansea City Boost As Orlandi Returns

Swansea City have been handed a boost this week with the news that Andrea Orlandi has returned to training following a month out with a hamstring injury.

The Spanish midfielder picked up the injury during last month's 1-0 win away at Derby County.

Orlandi is one of those players that never seems to get the recognition he deserves from the fans. I often hear criticism in the stands towards the 25 year-old but his stand-out performances go unnoticed by a lot of supporters.

He's vastly improved this season under a new manager, he's been a lot more involved in the first team after a huge lack of games under former boss Roberto Martinez.

He told Swans Player that he's hoping to be involved in Saturday's game at QPR:

'These things happen towards the end of the season,'

'It's a time of year when there are a lot of games but I've had a month away from playing, working hard so hopefully I will be fit for the last nine games.

'But I'm really looking forward to it [returning to training], we'll have to see how it goes and if I will be involved on Saturday.'
