Nottingham Forest Bid 1.5m For Pratley

According to the Nottingham Evening Post, Nottingham Forest have bid 1.5m for midfielder Darren Pratley.

It's the second team this month that the fellow Championship club have been linked with one of our players, as the Daily Star reported that were lining up a 700,000 move for Andrea Orlandi.

Pratley has been nominated once again for the PFA Fans' Player of the Month, third time in a row for the 24 year-old.

Pratley put in a man of the match performance on Tuesday as the Swans could only manage a disappointing 0-0 draw at home to Coventry City. Losing the former Fulham player would be a massive blow to our play-off hopes, especially as it looks like Leon Britton could be heading to Wigan Athletic.

However, Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins has often said that the club don't need to sell players and he certainly won't want to see Pratley leaving the Liberty Stadium.

Billy Davies will have to up his offer considerably to persuade Jenkins to sell one of most important midfielders.

no way would he be allowed to go for that amount, and as good as Pratley is, i don't see him being first on Forest's team sheet at the moment
