Collins Keen To Go Out On Loan

Swansea City defender/midfielder Matty Collins says he's eager to go out on loan for some much-needed first team experience.

The former Fulham player is struggling to even get on the bench for Paulo Sousa's side and his only football action this season has been in the Reserves.

Collins said:

'I'm really keen to get out and play some games, just like a number of players here that are in the same situation,' said Collins, who has 17 months to run on his current deal.

'The truth is that it is very difficult as there aren't a lot of opportunities, but as soon as an opportunity comes I will seriously look into it.

'I speak to my agent on a daily basis and people at the club are trying to get me out there, but there's nothing concrete yet.

'There are rumours that I've been linked with some clubs, and the ones mentioned in the paper the other day were news to me. But if an offer came up I would snap their hands off.'
