Bauza Returns And Scores Brace For Reserves

Swansea City striker Guillem Bauza returned from injury today and scored a brace to help the Reserves side to a 3-1 win at Hereford in a friendly.

The Spaniard has been out of action since August with a knee problem but it was good news to see him play the full 90 minutes at Edgar Street.

It didn't take him long to get on the scoresheet, just 7 minutes as his shot came back to him off the post and he netted to give Colin Pascoe's side an early lead.

Leon Constantine equalised for the home team but Bauza got his second before Chad Bond added a third just before the half time whistle.

SWANSEA CITY LINE-UP: David Cornell; Jazz Richards (Daniel Alfei, 46'), Daniel Sheehan, Radanfah Abu Bakr, Marcos Painter, Adam Orme (Jordan Prosser, 81'), Matty Collins (C), Scott Evans, Casey Thomas, Chad Bond, Guillem Bauza.

Not Used: Lee Lucas, Jordan Smith, Matthew Whatley.
