Backroom Staff Changes As Physio Departs

Backroom Staff Changes As Physio Departs

Swansea City have a new team of physios following the departure of Cerian Parham, who has joined rugby side London Irish.

Replacing him will be Kate Rees and Richard Buchanan.

Kate Rees has spent the last 10 years working at Aberafon RFC as their physio and she'll become the head physio as part of the new team.

Rees worked with the club during the pre-season tour of Spain in July.

29 year-old Richard Buchanan also joins the team and he has previously worked at Wrexham, Wales youth squads and the special forces at the Ministry of Defence.

Both Kate Rees and Richard Buchanan join physio Ailsa Jones and masseur Chantelle Thomas as the new physio team.
