More Injury Problems For Cardiff City

Cardiff City have more injury problems as Jay Bothroyd and Peter Whittingham could both miss Saturday's big derby game at the Liberty Stadium.

Bothroyd, who hasn't exactly kept his mouth shut ahead of tomorrow's match, and Whittingham are both struggling with knee injuries.

Dave Jones' injury problems are getting worse as he is already without Michael Chopra and Stephen McPhail, who has a habit of getting sent off against the Swans.

Swansea City meanwhile have a near full-strength squad to choose from. Ferrie Bodde is the only long-term injury to the squad while Guillem Bauza is also unavailable.

Paulo Sousa is unlikely to make many changes to his starting line-up but he may be tempted to put Nathan Dyer back in the team. The right winger has been on the bench in the last couple of games.

LOL @ Bothroyd, that'll teach you to keep your trap shut... ...and for him to say the Wigan away'ers are doing well, again LOL, someone needs to point out thier form sheets. A striker who can't score, and a team who loose 4-0 to the team holding the rest of the table up - and only winning 4 out of 11 games, yes your right that does sound like they are doing really well in the Premiership.

To be completely honest, while a kick in the guts at the time, I'm now glad that AR, JS & RM are no longer a part of SCFC.

AR? I have to say that JS didn't leave us in the lurch, he deserved his chance after doing brilliantly over the last 2 seasons. All for 25k, great value for money ! Also Bothroyd was probably cacking himself so decided to jump ship, and leave his poor team mates to face the music that he started !

Just to respond, in that AR yes going 'ok', but after the mind games they tried on Bodde to join them, then I lost my respect. BTW - Shouts to Bodde keep getting well, looking forward to your return :)

What an amazing game there... That one really showed off the Welsh tallent on both sides. Nice to not see a repeat of the mayhem at Cardiff showing up on the TV.
