'If It's Football, It's Vital'

O'Driscoll Praises Swansea After Draw

Doncaster Rovers manager Sean O'Driscoll praised Swansea City after tonight's 0-0 draw at the Keepmoat Stadium.

The home side were booed off at full time as the Swans performed well, creating the better chances and returned to South Wales thinking we should have picked up another 3 points.

O'Driscoll said:

“They are better than us in a lot of aspects, but I thought we kept going and that was probably a point won rather than two points lost.

“We have conceded goals where someone has made a mistake but the chances they created were down to good football and passing and movement.

“Every time we play Swansea they set the standard. We’ve had to sell a couple of players and we had a couple of guys out through injury so we have not got that fluidity that they have got. I’d watch them every week if I could.”
