'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Dobbie A Welcome Boost For Sousa

Stephen Dobbie is back in training and available for selection on Saturday when we face Sheffield United at the Liberty Stadium.

The Scottish striker has been out with a rib injury which we picked up in a Cup match against Scunthorpe United, but physio Cerian Parham told the Official site:

'Stephen has now had the all clear,'

'He is now back in full training and showing no signs of the injury which has kept him out for the last four weeks.

'He will be available for selection this weekend.'

There's also promising news about midfield duo Joe Allen and Darren Pratley:

'Joe Allen didn't travel to Barnsley as a precautionary measure but he is continuing well with his rehabilitation and will hopefully be back in training by the end of this week,'

'Darren Pratley is still recovering from the illness which knocked him back a bit as he was recovering from his shoulder injury.

'He's just building up his strength now and should recommence training next week.'

Albert Serran is expected to return in 2-3 weeks while fellow Spaniard Guillem Bauza is continuing his rehabilitation in Spain.
