French Striker Also Joins On Trial

Swansea City have also handed a trial to French striker Matt Moussilou.

Moussilou and Dutch midfielder Dominique van Dijk joined Paulo Sousa's squad this morning for training as they look to earn themselves a contract at the Liberty Stadium.

You can read our article on van Dijk here

Moussilio, aged 27, has played for France at under-21s level and he made his senior international debut for Congo last month, scoring in a 1-1 draw against Morocco.

He began his career at Lille, where he scored 24 goals in 98 appearances. He spent 6 years at the club before joining Nice in 2006. He had loan spells at AS Saint-Étienne, Marseille and Al-Arabi before he was released on August 27th 2009.

In his last 40 appearances with Al-Arabi on loan and Nice B respectively, he netted an impressive 32 goals.

Like van Dijk, Moussilio could also featured on Wednesday for the Reserves as they face Swindon Reserves at the Gnoll, kick off is at 2pm and tickets are £3 adults and £2 concessions.

james, jackarmy i may have had a go at the begining of the window, now the window is closed and they're still unattached may just say a little about the player
cyjax
this bloke seems very experianced and not to mention very prolific in front of goal recentley. and from what ive heard he would offer us somthing we are missing at the moment and thats shear pace upfront. lets just hope he impresses and we offer him a deal. i think he could well be a quality player for us.
