No Charges For Tate & Trundle

South Wales Police have issued cautions to Lee Trundle and Alan Tate but they will not be charged over their flag and t-shirt incidents following the Football League Trophy win nearly 3 weeks ago.

The Swans duo received all the wrong publicity when they held up a flag offending our rivals while Trundle also wore a t-shirt showing a cartoon person urinating on a Cardiff City shirt.

We can now forget about the whole situation as we need the players to focus totally on getting back into the play offs as we have 3 tough games ahead of us, starting off at Oldham on Saturday - another side hoping to gain a playoff place.

the police might not have pressed charges, but what are the FAW going to do??
s_w_a_n_s
They wern't charged but did recieve a police caution which goes down on their criminal records . Now for the FAW .......
JACK_THE_LAD
Well if the police have not done anything then the ball is firmly in the FAW's court. A fine for the players is definately on the cards.

The police cautioned them , they did not do nothing , both Tate and Trundle now have public order offences on their criminal records .
JACK_THE_LAD
It's what the FAW do that will be most damaging to Swansea City AFC.

Can't see what the fuss was about in the first place.
BigYid
it was a harmless bit of fun like... dont see why there was any fuss in the first place... c'mon cityyy :D !!
swanzea_gal
the police probably just give them a warning thinking it would be to much of a punishment if they got given charges from both the police and the F.A.W. i cant see them leaving the F.A.W meeting lucky men.
mattyjones
If justice is to be done and speaking as a Forest fan, an immediate 2 match ban would be sufficient punishment. Failing knock off 7pts and we'll call it quits.
guinless
when are they meeting with the F.A.W? all this becos of sum cardiff fans who are jealous of the swasn succes n scared becos they know were gonna be up in the same division as them next season n gonna show them who the best team in wales rely is! UP THE JACKS
