'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Vital Football Continues to Grow

Liverpool's Daily Post has reported news of Vital Football's success since its launch 6 months ago.

Merseyside Internet firm Dreamscape Solutions revealed that Vital Football is now attracting more than 1 million unique visitors a month.

With more than 120 club sites being hosted on the network, Vital Swansea clocked up nearly 130,000 hits, beating the record set in January.

The article said: Dreamscape launched Vital Football in November and it allows fans to contribute their views and articles free of outside control. The company has already attracted advertising for the site from companies including Vodafone, Thomas Cook and Betfred and hopes it will be profitable within 12 months.

As we posted a month ago, swanseacityafc.co.uk came 3rd in Vital's most popular sites for the first 3 months of being online.

We want the site to go from strength to strength and this means we need you to continue showing your support by posting feedback on the forum and sharing your views and opinions on the Swans.

The article went on to say: Every English and Scottish league team is represented on the site with Scottish Cup hopefuls Gretna fielding the most active.

Nottingham Forest, Rotherham and Swansea are in the top 10 for having the biggest following.

Liverpool, Manchester City and Tottenham are featured amongst the most popular Premiership teams. Manchester United do not feature in the current top 10.

Lifelong Evertonian and creative director Bernard McCabe said they wanted to put football back where it belongs, with the fans.

He said: 'The clubs, betting companies and the media, control much of the online information. We wanted to challenge that.'

It isn't hits, it is unique visitors, hits are in the millions and the 'reach' stats are fantastic.

So why does it say the clubs top 10 posters and new monthly prizes ??? I had nothing for last month for being top so i guess it's accross the whole network and some guys are spamming all day if you look at their scores .
JACK_THE_LAD
this is great news come on folks join in the discussions .

At the moment it's prizes to the overall monthly winner, over time when the sites grow, there'll be more prizes to each league and then probably each club.
