51% Don't Like New 2009/2010 Kit

Not many supporters are fans of the new 2009/2010 kit as 51% voted they didn't like it in a recent site poll.

38% said they did like it and 11% thought it's OK.

Umbro will be making the replica kits for a second successive season, next season's shirt will have a new sponsor - the online gambling company 32red.com

Some fans are not happy that the home strip isn't fully white, the promotion photos on the official site show the kit with a white and grey shirt but with black shorts and socks. An online petition has even been set up by one fan to get us playing in a full white strip next season.

Other supporters are also unhappy with the fact that the children's kits are different to adults, as they have a different sponsor. Instead of 32red.com, 'Second To None' is written on the front due to Football League guidelines that don't allow gambling to be advertised on children's replica shirts.

The away kit is a red shirt with white shorts and socks, different from the traditional white and black colours of Swansea City Football Club.

In our new poll, we'd like to know your views on Jason Scotland and his possible move to Wigan Athletic. How much should we sell him for? Burnley failed with a £1m bid plus £500,000 in add-ons so what should our asking price be for the 30 year-old?

Vote now on the right-hand side.

Not just the black shorts/socks, but why pander to a sponsor with the colour of our away kit... We've endured a lot of change in recent weeks, so why take away our traditional kit colours too. I'm not going to be wearing this kit this season, sorry...

i saw it and wanted to buy last seasons shirt instead :( we shouldnt bother so much about the kit though. As long as the results are there.

also, the away kit kinda got an England thing about it, no? :P

Another thing fans don't like is the difference in the childrens and adults kits, second to none is written on the childrens instead of 32red.com
KevinE
@KevinE - this is simply because the FA won't allow alcohol or gambling sponsorship on a youth shirt, but I agree it sucks, the kids want the SAME kit as what the players are wearing.
OriginalXOR
yeah due to Football League guidelines
