Swansea City To Consider Scotland Bid

Huw Jenkins says that they will consider Wigan's written bid for Jason Scotland and respond within the next few days.

The Swansea City chairman has usually responded instantly to bids for our players, quickly rejecting Burnley's £1m bid for Scotland and Bolton's offer for midfielder Ferrie Bodde.

However, Jenkins has told the Official site that they will consider the undisclosed offer this week, which is believed to contain add-ons based on appearances and goals scored.

'We have now received a formal offer from Wigan for Jason,'' Jenkins said.

'We will consider the contents of the offer and respond accordingly within the next few days.''

'It really feels like now he (Jason Scotland) is packing his bags. Let's hope that we hold out for a big fee for the man.'

Scotland & Bodde could be on their way...I suppose it's not too bad provided you replace them. Wonder how many more Martinez will be back for?
Our Kids Dad
Possibly Angel Rangel but I hope it's just Scotland and no one else.
KevinE
I'm surprised Rangel hasn't even been mentioned yet in players who could be leaving
GThomas
Why doesnt RM just put a bid in on the whole team...?
OriginalXOR
don't sell him with add ons, he won't play or score many in the prem
cyjax
Hopefully if RM Gets Bodde We might get Some one like lee catermole in a exchange deal?
mumblesjack98
I agree cyjax we can't have most of the deal being made up of add-ons we're unlikely to get. £2m up front
