Wolves Recall Lowe

As we posted last night, there is confirmation today that Wolves have recalled loanee defender Keith Lowe.

Jackett said: "The loan deal included a 24-hour recall and Glenn Hoddle phoned me yesterday morning to say Keith would be playing for them on Saturday,"

When his loan was extended until the end of the season, part of the deal allowed the Championship club to recall him at any time if needs be.

Leon Britton is also a doubt for Saturday's away game at Blackpool after picking up a groin injury against Swindon on Tuesday.

This could mean Tuesday's match winner Adrian Forbes starts on the right with the defence the same as how it ended against Swindon, with Tate in the centre with Monk and Ricketts and Williams as fullbacks.

hes had a mixed time while here hes done well in the cup games it must be said but give away a silly pen in the 1 nil loss to to the gills and the back pass againist swindon get austin back fit need the exprience at the back lowe would make a good cover at centre back if signed next season
youngs121
its a bit of a gutter but hes a bit dodgy
willis
he not dogdy in my opinion he was swanz player of the month and i think we should sign him for good in the summer.
mattyjones
whats all this about forbsey going?
troika dog
no way is he swans player of the month when youve got bayo and fallon(who plays with his heart everygame!)
troika dog
troika dog you have just said the 2 players that have scored this month. Keith lowe has been very strong at the back this month and since he's been he pratically and he has made lots of important tackles for example against brentford the striker was one on one with willy and lowe sprinted back tackled the player and cleared it. he just does his job quite like jamie carragher.
mattyjones
He's showed though that he needs more experience, while he's made important tackles, he's made costly errors. Against Brentford and Swindon. In my opinion he's only a loss because we are struggling at the back with injuries.
KevinE
you gotta admit that fallon has given his all though and bayo is in form i mean if it werent for him we would have lot at home to the futre league 2 club walsall and i wouldnt compare the mighty jamie carragher with keith lowe!
troika dog
in fact is there even a swans player of the month award?
