Martinez Won't 'Pinch Players' Off Swans

Martinez Won't 'Pinch Players' Off Swans

New Wigan Athletic manager Roberto Martinez says he's not going to 'pinch players' off us.

The Spaniard has taken his entire managerial staff with him to the JJB Stadium and many fans feared he'd be keen to take a few of our players as well.

He's already been linked with a possible move for Angel Rangel while Jason Scotland and Ferrie Bodde might also have been targets for him.

Martinez said:

'I will never move for Swansea players unless they are in the market or other clubs show an interest.

'I would never go back to Swansea just to do that and pinch players. Now I am at Wigan we will not do things that are not honourable.'

However, do we believe him!?

agreed, as illustrated by the desperation to sign on Jones and Reeves, i dont thing Martinez likes to change things much. Certainly will target those players. Offer extra cash for them Roberto, sort us out!
