Swansea City To Sign Striker Dobbie?

Swansea City are set to make a bid to sign Queen of the South striker, Stephen Dobbie, according to the Press & Journal.

The Swans have been following the 26 year-old for some time now and after a representative saw him score 2 goals in a recent 3-2 win against St Johnstone, we're now ready to make a bid.

His opening goal was a superb individual effort, beating 2 players near the by-line before finishing from an acute angle.

Dobbie then made it 2-0 to the visitors, he charged down an attempted clearance by a defender, he cut inside and finished with his left foot.

Dobbie has a similar goals to game ratio in the Scottish 1st Division. During his 2-year stay at Queen of the South, he has started 85 games in all competitions, scoring 50 goals, 19 of which have come this season.

He's been in fine form recently, netting 6 goals in the last 4 games before scoring 4 in a row during January and February.
