'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Free Transport For Vale Trip

Swansea City are offering fans free transport to Port Vale on Saturday as the club want to give the team as much support as possible for the last 6 games of the season.

David Morgan said: 'It's vital we give Kenny Jackett and his players our full support for the run in,''

'The fans have acted like out 12th man all season - home and away - and the players and the club really appreciate it.

'With just seven games left it is important we give it another big push towards our Championship goal.

'We offered free transport to the FAW Premier Cup final at Wrexham recently and we were delighted with the response.

'It is important we give the team as much support as we can and that's why we have made the decision to offer fans free transport on saturday. It's a fairly short trip to Port Vale (near Stoke) and it's vital we generate the right atmosphere to help Kenny and the boys pick up three points.''

Fans who want to book a seat on the official travel must visit the club shop by Friday lunchtime and pay a £10 deposit which will be refunded on the coach on Saturday.

Supporters who've already paid for travel will be refunded and you can also pay on the day to attend the game.

Ugo and Julie Vallario have done a great job with the official travel, especially organising the mass amount of coaches for the trip to Cardiff on Sunday.

The club should also receive praise for awarding fans with free travel for their excellent support over the years.

As David Morgan said we acted like the 12th man at this stage last season, as the Swans went on to gain automatic promotion to League 2. Hopefully we can spur them on to a second successive promotion.

COME ON YOU SWANS!

Meanwhile, the club have already sold 1,400 tickets out of the 1,900 allocation to Blackpool on Saturday April 15th. This match is all-ticket.

Tickets for the home games against Swindon (11th April), Rotherham (17th April) and Southend (29th April) are now all on sale.

The ticket office opening hours are Monday to Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm.

The club shop is open from 10am - 5pm, Monday to Friday.
