Scotland Faces Late Fitness Test For Derby

Striker Jason Scotland faces a late fitness test ahead of Sunday's Derby game against rivals Cardiff City at Ninian Park.

Our top goalscorer has been in action with Trinidad & Tobago recently in their World Cup qualifiers against Honduras and USA.

He played an hour of Saturday's game against Hondurus which finished 1-1, and came on as 71st minute substitute in Wednesday's 3-0 loss against USA.

Considering he's only played 80 minutes in the last 6 days, he's likely to be fit to play unless he's picked up a knock in either of those games.

If he isn't fit, then Gorka Pintado will replace him up front.

In other injury news ahead of the big game, Alan Tate is rated 50-50 to face the Bluebirds, he faces a race against time to recover from an ankle injury.
