Leon Britton says tiredness is not an excuse for Saturday's 3-1 home defeat against Crystal Palace.
Swansea City lost only their second home game of the season on the weekend as Martinez's side failed to perform anywhere near their usual standards.
The Swans boss aimed to go unbeaten for the rest of the season prior to the game, but we failed at the first hurdle.
Leon Britton now says we mustn't dwell on the defeat, and look to put things right at QPR tomorrow night, he told the Western Mail:
'It wasn't a typical Swansea display,'
'But there's no use dwelling on it.
'We've got such high standards of passing and keeping possession, so it probably gets noticed more when things don't go quite right.
'We wanted to stay unbeaten until the end of the season and that's still our aim.
'There are going to be many twists and turns between now and the end of the season, so there's no need to be too downhearted.
'It's gone, we've got to wipe the memory clean and clear our heads for QPR.'
'The last five weeks we've had games on a Saturday and a Tuesday,'
'But so have most teams in this league, so we won't be using tiredness as an excuse.
'It's always like that at this stage of the season. There are two games to go before the international break and we've got to give everything.
'We've just got to make sure we grind out results if we're not playing too well.'
Results went against us on the weekend with play-off rivals Burnley, Sheffield United and Preston all winning. Cardiff City drew 1-1 with Bristol City on Sunday, which means we're back down to 9th place.
