Martinez Nominated for Manager of the Month

Swansea City gaffer Roberto Martinez has been nominated for the Championship Manager of the Month for January.

The Spaniard will be up against QPR boss Paulo Sousa, Ipswich supremo Jim Magilton and Cardiff City manager Dave Jones.

Martinez guided his side to three wins and a draw in January, a run which saw the Swans make it 14 games unbeaten.

The winner will be announced this Thursday on Sky Sports News at approximately 1.20pm.
