Konstantopoulos To Return On Loan

Konstantopoulos To Return On Loan

Dimi Konstantopoulos will return to Swansea City on loan after being recalled by Coventry recently.

Chris Coleman recalled him as Keiron Westwood has had a stomach bug recently, but he should be fit to play on Saturday, giving the Greek the chance to return to the Liberty Stadium.

Coleman said:

'I had agreed another month with Swansea to have Dimi and he was on his way back there,'

'We have got Danny Ireland out on loan at Halesowen and you can't recall players on a 24 hour rule any more. So when Keiren went down sick, we had to call Dimi back because we only had Andy Marshall.

'Fortunately, it worked out well because Swansea's game was postponed anyway and I imagine, Keiren will be ok for Saturday's game at QPR, so Swansea can have him for another month.'
