Gills Get 2 Men Sent Off

Gills Get 2 Men Sent Off

Despite ending tonight's game with 9 men, Gillingham, our opponents next Saturday, managed to do us a big favour in beating Brentford 3-2.

Pouton and Clohessy were sent off in the last 20 minutes of the game and both will serve a suspension when we face them next weekend.

Brent Sancho, who we failed to bring in on loan a few weeks ago opened the scoring for the home side after 9 minutes.

Another club competing in the top 6 played tonight. Colchester only managed a 0-0 draw at Doncaster so Swansea remain in 4th position, just a point behind Brentford in 2nd, who now have just 1 game in hand.

Colchester also have a game in hand and sit a below us in 5th with Barnsley 6th.

Next Tuesday, Brentford travel to MK Dons to play their 1 remaining game in hand. Hopefully the Dons can do us another favour, as they beat Southend 2-1 on Saturday.

Colchester's game in hand is against Hartlepool on Tuesday 11th April, the same day we play Swindon at home.

The Swans won the 2005 AFL Championship in Australia - so you can still do it over there.

and what part of dont give away a lead do the swans not understand 9 leads in league games in total in which 4 were leads were given away in injuly time they meant to be professional sports man do the same in the games they have left they can kiss goodbye to going staight up and even lose in a playoff semi or even final by giving away a lead or even let a goal in the last few mins could it be the season they blow it because they cant even keep a lead only time will tell but 1 thing is for sure they need to sort it out now or they can kiss goodbye any sort of way of getting to the championship

Why are you still dwelling on that/ We beat Brentford and you're still on about giving away leads. Do you have an ounce of confidence that we'll go up youngs121?

yeah we did beat brentford in the 86 minute and yeah we give away a lead again and thats the last game we played so kevinE il stop talking about giving away leads when they can start winning by keeping hold of them

We won that game and you're still moaning about it. brentford were on top when we scored, they deservedly got an expected equaliser.
