More Frustration For Scotland

More Frustration For Scotland

Swansea City striker Jason Scotland showed his frustration again as the team dropped more points at home after failing to convert their chances.

He put us in front after 56 minutes from the penalty spot, 10 minutes after Sheffield United went down to 10 men.

The Swans dominated for the whole second half but we failed to convert our chances and increase our lead like we should have. We were then punished just 3 minutes from time as the Blades equalised following a defensive howler.

Scotland, who has scored 3 goals in the last 2 games said:

'I'm really disappointed to come out with a point,'

'For the majority of the game we were on top and probably could have finished winning by a couple of goals.

'But obviously we didn't and to concede in the 86th minute was quite hard.

'It's frustrating. There have been games this season we should have got something out of and we got nothing and games like today where we should have got more than a point.

'Today was a big game. We were up for it so to come out with a point is frustrating.'

Roberto Martinez's side will now be looking to put things right on Saturday when they travel to Blackpool.
