Swans In For Irish Youngster McGinn

Swansea City are keeping tabs on Derry City youngster Niall McGinn after the 21 year old was named The Professional Footballers' Association of Ireland's Young player of the year earlier this week.

McGinn, who earned himself a call up to the Northern Ireland squad for this week's international with Hungary, has also drawn interest from Celtic, Chelsea and Ipswich Town.

The highly rated youngster can play on either side of midfield or up front, and it is rumoured it will take between 100,000 - 250,000 to sign him from Derry.

The Irish season ends on Sunday with the FAI Cup Final, in which McGinn is set to play in. If that proves to be his last game for Derry remains to be seen.

" has also drawn interest from Celtic, Chelsea and Ipswich Town." hmm i wonder who'll win that battle to sign him!

Where the information comes from? Sounds like an average rumour. However a prospect of signing new talented youngster is always exciting.
