'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Pratley Has Play - Off Ambitions

Darren Pratley has targetted a play - off place this season after the Swans moved to within a point of the top six yesterday.

Pratley's goal early in the second half was sandwiched between Jason Scotland and Ferrie Bodde strikes that saw City take all three points from Carrow Road.

The former Fulham man believes the Swans are proving they have what it takes to compete with the league's big spenders.

Speaking to BBC Sport, Pratley said:

'Our aim is to get into the play-offs.'

'If we keep picking up good wins away, at tough places like Norwich, and continue winning our home games I don't see why we can't achieve our goal.'

'We're happy with the three points at Norwich because it is a tough place to go.'

'We're playing well and with confidence but we have to go out and win, we don't have the players who will sit back and just defend.

'But we're not going too get carried away.'

Swansea sit seventh in the Championship table, a point behind rivals Cardiff City.
