Lowe Given The 'All-Clear'

Keith Lowe suffered a nasty neck injury during tonight's LDV Vans Tropphy win at Layer Road which delayed play for 9 minutes.

It took the gloss of an excellent 2-1 which takes us through to the final to be played at the Millenium Stadium on April 2nd.

Lowe's presence tonight enabled Jackett to name a more balanced side that included 11 players all playing in their natural and preferred position. (Although Jackett did have the option to do that in Sunday's match against Walsall!)

He was given the all clear to return to Swansea and he has a chance of making it for Friday's home game against Brentford.

Physio Richard Evans said: ''Keith was in a lot of pain after the clash and felt pins and needles in his hands.

We took him to hospital for precautionary reasons, but he was given the all-clear.''

He's still a bit stiff and we'll have to assess the injury later today. Thankfully it doesn't seem as serious as first thought.''
