McDonald Starts For Welsh U-21's

Swansea City midfielder Shaun McDonald starts for Brian Flynn's Wales U-21 international squad to face England in the crunch play off first leg at Ninian Park this evening.

Whilst Joe Allen has to be content with a place on the bench. With a place in the U-21 European Championships in Sweden next year at stake, Flynn will be hoping his young Dragons can replicate the form that saw off France and Romania in the group stages. The return leg will be at Villa Park on the 14th October.
