Butler Returns As Martinez Is Injury Free

Providing none of his players suffer injuries during the International weekend, Swansea City boss Roberto Martinez will have a full squad to choose from next week when we travel to Ipswich.

Winger Tom Butler is back fully fit following a recent groin problem and with the likes of Pratley and Bodde returning, Martinez will have a selection headache in 8 days time.

Andrea Orlandi made his first League start in the 3-1 win at home to Wolves and impressed, while Gomez has already proven why we spent £200,000 on his season-long loan.

The Swans' boss will be hoping to avoid any players picking up injuries during the up and coming international period, with the likes of Ashley Williams and Shaun MacDonald playing for Wales and Wales under-21s respectively.

Physio Richard Evans told the Evening Post:

'Tom has been nursing a couple of groin issues but we have worked hard with him this week and he should be back in training from Monday,'

'He should be okay for Ipswich and apart from that we have no problems.

'We are just keeping our fingers crossed that the players we have away on international duty come back okay.

'We're working hard to make sure we hit the ground quicker after the international break than we did at Crystal Palace last month.'
