CF Peralada Vs Swansea City Preview

Swansea City are again in action this evening against CF Peralada, following the disappointing 4-0 loss to Espanyol last night.

All players are expected to get some much needed match time against Eduardo Vilchez 's side. Peralada who play in the Primera Catalana division will pose a different kind of test for Roberto Martinez's side. The Municipal de Peralada outfit who are in the initial stages of their pre season preparations and will be focusing on making sure they are fit for their first game of the new season away to CD Montcada on the 7th September.

Swansea on the other hand are far more advanced in their season build up having already seen off Neath Atheletic , Port Talbot Town, Carmarthen Town and Östersunds FK. There are a few injury worries in the Swans camp with Jason Scotland still not up to match fitness after his operation in Germany on a mucel strain. Angel Rangel is also missing after going under the knife to correct a hernia problem whilst Dennis Lawrence is also out with a knee injury.

Martinez On Facing Peralada (Source WM):

'Peralada will be completely different but it will still be tough as you would expect playing back to back matches, but we have been looking forward to these four games in four days as part of the preparation for August .'
