Swansea Serve Up Another Shot Of Brandy

Swansea City have signed Fabien Brandy on a six month loan deal from Manchester United.

Signing a 4th striker was always going to be a priority with the departure of Darryl Duffy to Bristol Rovers for 100,000 earlier this month. Martinez has been a long term admirer of the highly rated youngster who spent last season on loan with the club . In his first loan spell the 19 year old scored 3 goals for the club last term.Martinez has expressed his delight in resigning the Champions Youth Cup winner.

Martinez spoke on the Official Site:

"We are delighted to have him back. His attitude last season was excellent and we enjoyed watching and working with a player of Premiership potential. He always made it clear that he wanted to come back and join our Championship campaign and we are looking forward to seeing him perform at the next level. He's got balance, strength, sharpness and a great eye for goal. He's worked hard over the pre-season and will be back a stronger player. He's a great addition to the squad; he's a completely different player to those we've got and will provide added competition to the squad.''

Swansea City will fly out to Spain for the next phase of pre season today.
