77% Agree With £100,000 Duffy Sale

In a recent poll, 77% of our readers agreed with our £100,000 sale of striker Darryl Duffy to Bristol Rovers.

The remaining 20% wanted to see to keep him while 3% said we should have waited for a bigger fee.

The former Hull City man failed to meet our expectations last season following his £250,000 Summer move.

He impressed the season before in 2006/2007 during his loan spell but struggled to find that impressive goalscoring form when he joined us permanently.

Roberto Martinez acted quickly to replace him however with the arrivals of Gorka Pintado and Stefan Morrison.

In our new poll, we want to know your views on the transfer turnaround of Ferrie Bodde. Will you forgive him after his eagerness to join Derby just a few weeks ago?
