Swansea Linked With Chelsea's Sinclair

Swansea City are being linked with a move for Chelsea's 19 year old striker Scott Sinclair.

After the departure of Darryl Duffy to Bristol Rovers, Roberto Martinez is in the hunt for a 4th striker. Spending last season with Crystal Palace the striker has championship experience but a move for Manchester United youngster Fabien Brandy has also been touted as a possible replacement for Duffy. Reports have suggested that Roberto Martinez has made enquiries over the player who has had stints at championship sides Charlton Athletic and Plymouth Argyle. Sinclair has also represented England at youth level and has 8 international goals to his name

The Bath born player has also been subject to controversy after he was sent home from international duty after breaking a curfew. Swansea face stiff competition to sign the highly rated youngster from former club Crystal Palace as a move by the Selhurst Park outfit are lining up a move for the Chelsea star.

Warnock Told The Croydon Adveriser:

"Loan deals are always an option and it's something I will look at, but ideally I want my squad to be players who are contracted to the club. The one player I am looking to bring in on loan is Scott Sinclair, but we will have to wait for him because Chelsea don't tend to let their youngsters leave on loan until they've played in the Carling Cup."

Tickets for Kristian O'Leary's testimonial game against premiership new boys West Bromwich Albion on August 2nd will be on sale from Monday. Only the West and East stands will be open which means Season Ticket holders are NOT guaranteed their seats. Tickets cost £15 for adults and £7.50 for concessions (full time student, senior citizens, disabled and children under-16). Family deals are available and for £25 for one adult and two children can take in the game whilst £40 will cover two adults and two children.

He looks a good speedy winger whilst he's been on loan at other clubs.
