Jenkins Getting Impatient Over Brandy & Anderson

Swansea City chairman Huw Jenkins says the club may move their interests elsewhere with regards to loan players Febian Brandy and Paul Anderson.

Manager Roberto Martinez has other targets he can pursue and he may well turn to them if deals aren't sorted with Brandy and Anderson soon.

The Spaniard aimed to get his squad finalised by the end of this month in time for when they travel to their Swedish Summer Training Camp.

Jenkins told the Evening Post:

"There's been talk about Febian Brandy and Paul Anderson coming on loan, but we've had no confirmation. It's out of our control.

It's a predicament. One of the difficulties in bringing in loan players is that you've got no control over what they do.

Although they're contracted to Manchester United and Liverpool they're pretty much free agents.

Roberto has got other targets in mind and it may be he turns to them. With it getting close to the date that the first team come back for pre-season training, we want to get the squad finalised."

Jenkins also revealed that Martinez has got 3 or 4 more signings in sight. It could be even more than that, but he's currently on holiday so it could take until mid-July before they are all finalised.

Don't believe either will be with us next season. Time to move on and get in players who want to be with us.

Dissappointed with both players cos both were nobodies before they had time with our club. They are both going back out on loan so why don't they both come back here and continue their impressive dvelopment!
