Crazy Rumours Begin, Scotland To Derby £2m

Crazy Rumours Begin, Scotland To Derby £2m

It's not the end of the season yet but the crazy rumours have began already as top scorer Jason Scotland has been linked with a £2million move to relegated Premiership side Derby County.

The Sun and the Daily Star are both speculating the move, though neither rag rarely get anything right in the rumours section.

Surely this has to be another to laugh at and then ignore. The Trinidad & Tobago international has struck 29 goals this season but has been criticised by some fans for his style of play.

I think the £2m mentioned fee is more laughable than the move to Derby however, which may be possible. County's Lewis Nyatanga has been linked with us and I wouldn't completely rule out some sort of swap deal with a fee involved.

The Swans have been reluctant in recent years to lose their prize assets and the club will do all they can to keep hold of their goal machine, if Derby do approach them with a fee.
