Tudur-Jones Makes His Wales Debut

Swansea City midfielder Owain Tudur-Jones has made his Wales debut after featuring in tonight's 2-0 win away at Luxembourg.

The youngster has been plagued with injuries for the past 2 years but he has finally recovered now from on-going knee problems.

It was a surprise to see Toshack call up Owain for his senior squad after being out of action for so long.

He replaced Easter at the start of the second half as Wolves striker Freddie Eastwood scored a brace to give us a comfortable win.

Also earning his Wales debut was Swansea City target and Stockport County defender Ashley Williams. The Swans are competing with rivals Cardiff to sign the 23 year-old.

Also victorious tonight was the under-21s side. They beat Bosnia 2-1 to remain top of their group.

Swansea City midfield duo Joe Allen and Shaun MacDonald both started the game as Flynn's side look set to progress through to Euro 2008.
