Trundle & Co Too Good For Swans

Swansea City reserves lost 5-1 again last night, this time away at Bristol City.

sbrjack reported last week how Pascoe's side lost 5-1 at home to Plymouth and they were unable to make ammends last night at Ashton Gate.

They were up against a strong Bristol City side though in which manager Gary Johnson dubbed them as his 'second first team'.

They 8 players with senior experience and one of those was former fans' favourite Lee Trundle, who netted their third goal.

Oliver Hewitt-Fisher scored Swansea's goal, getting us back in it at 2-1 before the Robins sealed a comfortable win.

Swansea City line-up:

David Knight, Matty Collins, James Burgin, Karl Keogh, Kyle Graves, Scott Evans, Oliver Hewitt-Fisher, Joe Allen, Matthew Wright, Dion Chambers, Kerry Morgan.

Subs: Daniel Sheehan, Callum Hawthorne, Jazz Richards, Ben Adlesbury, Keiron Howard.

the 5-1 scoreline was to be expected as you say willow. We had a youth side against Bristol City's seconds. More seniors would have played if it wasn't for tuesday's game. And why didnt OTJ get more game time?

And there is also todays game to think about Kev, maybe Duffy would have played again if Bauza wasn't injured, he may be on the bench tonight.
